(hereinafter, Serea Producións); Rúa A Besada, 4 – Esc. 5, 1ºA – 15895, Milladoiro (A Coruña); CIF: B10860708 performs as data controller, such as the data protection regime applicable to the services provided by Serea Producións when acting as data controller of the data that users process in its services. In both cases, whether Serea Produciones acts as data controller or data processor, the requirements of current regulations on personal data protection are strictly complied with, and absolute respect for user data and privacy is maintained.
